Three power cuts, that's ridiculous.
Check your Kiwi power company terms of service and I'm certain you'll find no mention that they actually have to supply electricity!
Becase of its isolated location, my village is particularly vulnerable to power cuts. Doesn't matter, electricity is a luxury for us!
