I was born in Ohio. I have lived in Chicago and San Francisco.
I married a Kiwi named Adam. Ten years ago, Adam and I settled in New Zealand. (We are now separated.) We have a seven-year-old son. On this blog, I call him Seven.
Seven is allergic to everything, so I've been known to post allergy-free recipes. But mostly I just babble about whatever's on my mind.
