I don't do winter well, either, and can't believe the lack of insulation and central heat. I keep telling myself 'It won't last forever! It won't last forever!'
I think all the schools in the country should get together and define--in a rational, adult way--'bullying'. One of my Kiwi kids used to come home every day and say she was bullied--apparently, someone disagreed with her!
I hope you get motivated soon--at least, for summer. ;)
